What exactly is the Growth System?
It’s our only product: a pay monthly website package covering website design and development, hosting and maintenance, local search visibility, automated lead follow up, and continuous monthly development, as one system with one fee. It’s a lead generation package, not a website project that ends at launch. We don’t sell these pieces separately, because separately is exactly how they fail. The website needs the SEO to be found, the SEO needs the website to convert, and both need the automated follow up to make sure no enquiry goes cold. One system, one owner, one fee.
What do you actually do every month?
We monitor your local visibility, keep your Google Business Profile active and accurate, make real improvements to the site, and handle all hosting and security in the background. The website automations run continuously, handling enquiry follow up without you lifting a finger. You get one plain English report at the end of each month showing what came in, what changed, and what we’re working on next. You don’t log into anything, manage anything, or chase anyone. If something needs your input, we come to you.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No, and we’d be cautious of anyone who does. No provider controls Google, and no guaranteed rankings claim survives contact with reality. What we guarantee is the work, done properly every month, and one specific, provable thing: every enquiry gets an immediate automated response, because that part is entirely within our control. That response time guarantee is a claim about our system, not about the market, which is why we’re comfortable making it when we won’t make the other kind.
Can I add paid ads on top?
Yes. We manage Google or Meta ads as an optional add-on for an additional monthly fee, agreed upfront before anything runs. The core lead generation package is built to generate enquiries through organic visibility on its own; ads are there if you want to accelerate results or target specific campaigns, not something you need to say yes to. If ads aren’t right for your business or budget, the system works without them.
What are the contract terms?
The package starts with a 3 month initial term, because real visibility takes sustained work and we’d rather not take you on for less than it takes to deliver a meaningful return. After the initial term, it moves to a rolling monthly contract. You can cancel with 30 days written notice at any point after that, no exit fees, no penalties. We keep the initial term short deliberately: three months is long enough to build and launch, short enough that you’re not locked into something that isn’t working.
What happens to my website if I leave?
Once you’ve made all the payments due under your contract, the website is yours. We’ll hand over everything: the site files, the content, the design. If you’d like us to continue hosting it after you cancel, ongoing hosting fees apply since that’s a continuing cost we’d still be covering, or you’re free to move it to any host you choose. We’ll help with the migration either way. Your domain is always yours regardless.
Is £699 really all it costs?
Yes. The monthly fee covers everything listed on this page: the website design and development, hosting, maintenance, local search visibility, automated lead follow up, continuous development and reporting. The only things outside the fixed fee are the two optional add-ons, paid ads management and priority setup, both chosen by you, both priced upfront, neither added to a bill without your say-so. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no surprise invoices.
