Website packages built to keep working long after launch
Most business websites are treated as a project with an end date. Build it, launch it, move on. That’s usually where the trouble starts. Our monthly website packages are designed to keep leads coming in and to keep you ahead of the competition.
- One fixed monthly fee
- Built, managed and improved by us
- UK based support
Red Fin Digital’s fixed price website packages aren’t a one off build, and they aren’t a website with SEO and lead handling sold separately either. It’s one complete, fixed price website package, a done for you subscription covering:
All working together as a single system, not separate services you’d have to buy, coordinate, and manage on your own. This page explains how that works and why the monthly model exists at all.
Why most website packages stop working after launch
Rankings aren’t something you earn once and keep forever.
They’re a position you either hold or lose, and three forces work against every static site whether anyone’s watching or not.
They keep publishing, tweaking, and chasing the same customers you are. Standing still while they move is falling behind.
Ranking systems shift through the year, and AI generated summaries now sit above the results, cutting clicks to everything underneath.
Plugins age, pages slow down, content goes stale. Small faults pile up without announcing themselves.

Industry click-through studies are consistent on this. A website quietly stops being found, one small drop at a time. That’s the real argument for treating a website as ongoing work rather than a finished project, our fixed price website packages solve this problem by constantly improving and updating your site to make sure they line up with industry standards and best practices.
What's included in our monthly website packages
One monthly fee covers the whole system. Nothing here is an upsell, and nothing is sold or managed as a separate service.
A website package built around real search behaviour
Built from how your customers actually search and decide, not a template with your logo dropped in. Its job is turning a visit into an enquiry.
Hosting, security, and upkeep, fully managed
Updates, backups, and monitoring included. If something breaks, we fix it. No developer to find, no hosting company to chase.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
Kept current month after month, not a setup task. Your visibility doesn’t erode while nobody’s watching it.
Automated follow up on every enquiry
An enquiry that waits hours often goes to whoever answered first. Every enquiry gets a fast, automated response.
Monthly improvements, included
Real changes every month, to content, conversion, and technical health, so the site keeps getting better rather than going stale.
One package, one price
£699/ month, 3 month term, everything above included as standard
How it works
Designed and written around how your customers search, what earns their trust, and what gets them to enquire. Built, tested, launched on managed hosting.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile work continues every month, actively defending your visibility while competitors try to take it.
Enquiries get an immediate automated response, and the monthly report shows exactly what came in. The system works without you operating it.
What a complete website package should actually include
Whether you choose us or anyone else, ask these before signing anything. The gaps between monthly website packages hide in the answers.
Who owns the website?
Some providers keep ownership indefinitely, so leaving means starting again. Ask directly, get it in writing.
Our complete website packages are clear, we hand the ownership of the website over to you at the end of your 3 month term. You can still continue with your plan on a monthly rolling basis after that
What actually happens each month?
A monthly fee should buy ongoing work, not hosting with a retainer attached. Ask what was done last month for a real client.
We are always transparent and can show real data to back up our work, you will always receive full reports showing what has been done and how this has impacted your business.
Is the SEO part of the package or a separate service?
A website without ongoing search work plateaus. Search work pointed at a weak website has nothing to convert. Separate lines mean paying for the gap between them.
Our fixed price website package rolls all services into one so you get everything you need right off the bat. You can also choose to add some additional services but they are not necessary to get started.
What happens to enquiries after they arrive?
Most website packages stop at the contact form. The minutes after someone enquires decide whether they become a customer.
As part of your package, we will tailor a lead funnel that works for you, whether that’s automated quotes, lead warming or automatic follow ups.
Should rankings be guaranteed?
No, and you should be careful of anyone that tells you they can guarantee rankings. No provider controls Google. What can honestly be guaranteed is the work itself, done properly, every month.
A good fit
Established service businesses that win work through enquiries, quotes, consultations, and bookings. We work across kitchen and bathroom, healthcare and care, and hospitality, among others, but the system works the same way regardless of your industry. Our monthly website packages are set and contain everything you need to bring in quality leads.
Not the right fit
Online stores, whose growth depends on conversion optimisation and retention rather than enquiry handling. And anyone wanting a one off website with no ongoing work. We’re deliberately not that, because we think that model fails the businesses that buy it.
The honest way to run a website
Founder James started the business after watching local companies get caught between two bad options: expensive agencies that treated them like an account number, and budget providers who promised results they couldn’t deliver. That’s why we offer our fixed price monthly website packages, so you get everything you need to keep your website working for you to bring in a steady flow of leads.
Your questions answered
What is a website package?
A website package bundles what a business website needs into one ongoing service and one price: design and build, hosting, security, and search visibility work. You’ll sometimes see them sold as website development packages or design and build packages; the label varies more than the substance does. Ours includes the build, managed hosting, ongoing local SEO and Google Business Profile management, automated enquiry follow up, and monthly improvements, as one system.
Do website packages include SEO?
Some do, many don’t, and plenty include a one off “SEO setup” that ends at launch. Ongoing search visibility needs ongoing work, which is why ours includes local SEO as a permanent part of the monthly fee rather than a setup task or a separate retainer.
In practice, that means regular reviews of what’s actually being found, refreshed content where it’s needed, and local visibility work that continues for as long as the package runs, not a checklist completed once and filed away.
What's the difference between buying outright and a monthly website package?
An outright build means a large upfront cost, then separate arrangements for hosting, maintenance, and any search work, coordinated by you. A monthly package spreads the cost and, done properly, includes the ongoing work a site needs to keep performing. The catch is that “done properly” varies enormously by provider. Some monthly packages are simply a build cost broken into instalments with hosting attached.
The question that separates them: ask what actually changed on a client’s website last month. A provider doing real ongoing work can answer in detail. One selling instalments with hosting can’t.
How much does a website package cost?
Ours is one fixed price, £699 per month on a three month initial term, with everything included and no tiers to decode.
The full breakdown of what that covers, and honest answers on contracts, ownership, and guarantees, are on the Growth System page.
Who actually builds and manages the site?
We do, personally. The person who builds your site is the person who watches how it performs and makes the monthly changes. Nothing is outsourced, and nothing is handed to a junior team after the first month.
That matters for continuity as much as quality: nothing gets lost in handovers between a sales team, a build team, and a support desk, because they’re the same person.
